I agree this is an asymmetrical opportunity. BMW and Porsche have no interest in having their China distribution networks in distress. Perhaps at some point they try to broker consolidation and/or improved financial terms. One concern is that Chinese corporate executives have only known growth - how do they manage these challenges?

Hi, sorry to get back to you so late. I talked to mangemnt and they made it clear they are maximize efficency and do not plan on expanding operations. They plan on closing dealers who are not profitable. I ended up passing on this opprtunity because it is unclear how market shakes out with EV's and other cheap opportunites in HK with less uncertanty.

Thanks for getting back to me. Will be interesting to follow the June results to see if it has in fact reduced store count. I agree, there are lots of other opportunities in HK/China.
